Forest School

At Hale CE Primary School, our Forest School and outdoor learning opportunities enable children to learn, explore and grow beyond the classroom while living out our vision of ‘Be the Light’. Through regular access to our outdoor environment, pupils develop confidence, resilience, independence and a deep appreciation of the natural world. Forest School sessions encourage children to take risks safely, solve problems creatively and work collaboratively, helping them to become reflective and responsible learners. Outdoor learning is woven throughout our curriculum, providing meaningful opportunities for investigation, discovery and first-hand experiences that bring learning to life. By connecting with nature and each other, our pupils are inspired to shine brightly, care for God’s world and develop the skills and character needed to make a positive difference in their community and beyond.
