Attendance, Safeguarding and Behaviour

At Hale CE Primary School, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can flourish. Our vision, “Be the Light,” is at the heart of everything we do, inspiring pupils to be ready, respectful and responsible members of our school community.

Safeguarding is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that all pupils feel safe, valued and listened to. Through a strong culture of vigilance, robust policies and effective partnerships with families and external agencies, we work proactively to protect and promote the welfare of every child.

We place a strong emphasis on excellent attendance, recognising that regular school attendance is fundamental to pupils’ achievement, wellbeing and future success. We work in partnership with families to promote good attendance, identify barriers at an early stage and provide timely support where needed.

Positive behaviour is fostered through clear expectations, consistent routines and meaningful recognition of success.

Through our commitment to safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and pastoral care, we ensure that every pupil feels valued, supported and ready to learn each day, enabling them to shine brightly and truly Be the Light.
